Seeking forward-thinking employers of tech talent

Australia is looking for employers who want to hire amazing diverse digital employees on a traineeship and cadet basis, with programs facilitated by e-learning company Prodigy Learning and its partners including the Federal Government, Microsoft, MEGT, and AustCyber.

These organisations are bringing to life different types of alternative education and employment pathway programs to generate technical talent pipelines in the Cyber Security space for companies across Australia

Prodigy Learning is working with its partners to launch several types of alternative education and employment pathway programs relating to the Cyber Security space.

Programs and target candidates:

Two programs with different cohorts both starting in July 2022:

  1. Cyber Security Cert IV Traineeship: 2-year accredited program aimed primarily at 18-24-year-old women and other diverse candidates (Indigenous, Regional, Neurodiverse etc.) looking to start their career in IT and Cyber Security
  2. Digital Cadetship – Cyber Stream 12-week program aimed at female Career Changers/returning to work looking to transition into a career in Cyber Security (potentially prior IT/Engineering experience degrees)
